Im just posting this to warn people to trade with samirk3.
He's been working nonstop on my account for like past 2-4months doing fantastic work, but now tonight all the golds/items have been taken away from my account and only person to know the password or bank pin is samirk3.

Basically i lost 4.4-4.7b

Don't have time to gather all the screenshots/proofs for this report now but tomorrow so im just posting this to warn people.

Usually I'd like to await proof prior to DNTing, but since you said you'll be free to post it tomorrow and since he's been online/failed to respond here (even after @Ex tagged him, which is unnecessary, but I appreciate it nonetheless) I've issued a precautionary DNT for the time being as I'd rather be safe than sorry. @Samirk3 If you can elaborate here in the meantime that'd be great, thanks.

So hes denying stealing my items.
Yes I have pictures of my bank.
What kind of proof does staff team want me to gather up here.

Edit: Samirk3 had 77-80 mining, 70-90 smithing also 91-99 prayer left to do on my account so he owes me that + the stolen stuff from my account.

 

Hello, im here with this guy claiming i scammed his bank.
Scamming our customers is pointless to us, as we work hard for every customer everyday all day and some nights we don't do sketchy business, tricky trades or bad trade practices, we offer a clean service and that is what we do. we get pay and we only do what we get pay for, no more no less.

atm we are doing more services beside yours without any issue, so keep in mind our service is more than RS, Questing, Minigame, Powerlvl, its the way we live we offer good services to keep our lives marching up. so if you are trying a SelfScam stop that. if you wanted to cancel an order a discount or something different you only had to ask that.

by the time of report we didnt reply as we were on son's birthday and we didnt notice of this, we talked to him over skype to see what happened and we just got a bit confused.

our Skype is secured, otherwise we would had problems with others customer as some of them never change their password even we tell them to do it, we notice this when they place a new order.

replying to the report. he has been a good customer, we did different services to him.
we would say almost we did that account on services.

Quests-3 void-RC-Agility-Hunter-Smith, etc i got the whole album and can post it here if its necessary.

Sorry about that was extremely busy, however I'll review this momentarily.

 

Thanks @King , if need something feel free to request, I’m still working but this is not letting me bump threads and can’t use my inbox, he did open this on 29th and today is 1. And this is not even a mistake he never got scammed he just choose the wrong service provider to try a false report and get free services or recover money from completed orders..

 

@Blunts You still lack proof with your claims. You claimed @Samirk3's Skype was hacked, but that wouldn't make sense as they do several orders, so if that was the case, then I'd expect to see a handful of reports. @Samirk3 Has been doing services for you for quite some time now when the account had bills each time with no issue and he remained cooperative through that time-span, yet when you decide to contact providers for other services all of a sudden this issue pops up. I'm not accusing you/other service providers involved of anything of course, however @Samirk3 was very cooperative with you and it's just odd to believe he'd take the money after servicing you for so long with that amount of money, and/or money near the amount you accused him of taking throughout the entire period of training.

Some side questions:
1) @Samirk3 Did you ever tell him to move valuables not needed for the service off the account?
2) @Blunts Did your PC possibly get compromised? You should do a virus scan if you haven't already.
3) @Blunts Why did you need bills on your account at all times while it was being serviced? If you're having them do specific skills which require a PIN, then why not move everything off to a mule that isn't needed for the service?

TL;DR - @Blunts You have inadequate proof in this report, and unless you can provide anything definitive to back up these claims this report will dismissed, and you can either accept a refund from @Samirk3 for the remainder of the service not completed, or continue where you left off. You two can decide that, but I don't see why you'd want having the order finished as an option as I'd imagine you don't trust him anymore if you still believe he was the one that took your money. Regardless reply with an answer to my questions to whomever it applied to (@Samirk3 - #1 ; @Blunts #2/#3) your decision (refund/continue with the service), or if you any additional proof you can provide that as well.

i think i should report him, and i would like to, for false report and for damages.
we owe him 70-90 smith 46m // 77-80 mining 20m // 91-99 pray 40m Total 106m

for current order which he wants the service and not a refund of GP, but we rather refund that money as we rather to skip this kind of customers. or give it to scam victims in case he gets ban from sythe.

Let me know when this is refunded, and post proof of the refund or have @Blunts confirm once he's online on Skype/Sythe. I've requested a DNT removal in the meantime as you've been cooperative in trying to resolve the issue and refund the remainder of the services, however @Blunts wanted to wait for my reply I believe, so yeah just let me know once that's done, so that I can close this report.

 

@Blunts If you do not respond here/to @Samirk3 on Skype, then I'll close this report and whenever you return you can receive the money he owes you. He's shown me proof of trying to pay you back on Skype, but you've been offline/haven't responded yet. I understand IRL comes first, but if you can provide me with an update within the next 24-48 hours preferably that'd be great, otherwise like I said I'll have to close this/you two can work that out when you return.

 

Any update to this @Blunts & @Samirk3?

It's clear you're trying to resolve this @Samirk3. You and @Blunts can resolve this with each other whenever he's around to accept your refund as you've tried to give it numerous times in which he wouldn't take it at the time, or wouldn't respond, therefore I trust you to handle that situation between yourselves.
