owner originally received the account as repayment, but then after talks with mods the account was deemed unsafe and the customer requested full repayment to customer repayments.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

account was sold to the original owner on Facebook 4 weeks ago and as life gets busy I would hope people would appreciate that mistakes can happen and as I was trading I must of forgot to erase my details then when I had another sale for the same account i looked back at my list and noticed that I had the account still left I then logged onto the account and it was still unregistered so I proceed with the sale. Once the owner came back to me 3 weeks later with a problem I thought it was a scam I was very quick to jump on the defensive and treated the customer poorly for what I thought was a set up, I then proceed to then still give him the details to help recover the account, once the account is recovered a person messaged me saying it got recovered I instantly catch on refund the existing customer and the orginal owner was then to take the acc as requested, since then I have made a refund to the chosen destination to the customer and have also apologised for my wrongs and will be bettering my practice in the trading market for this to not happen again and would like to be forgive on my behalf
