Blackhat is defined as:

"Blackhat"/Malicious Activities: USING SOFTWARE TOOLS for deceptive, malicious, or harmful intent (Hacking/DDoSing/Social Engineering). Punishment for these offences will be dealt with on case-by-case basis, but will most likely result in a permanent ban.

There, on that specific page, is no indication of any use of software tools for malicious or harmful intent, or even any mention of software or tools at all. In addition, that thread was created for an educational purpose due to curiosity in how blackhat workers get away with things like this. Surely curiosity is nothing to punish a member for. I have never bought anything illegal and therefore I do not appreciate being labeled a "black hat member" when even according to the rules and regulations of this very site, there is nothing blackhat about the proof. Furthermore, the business I attempted to start on sythe is 100% legitimate and that can be seen in my open use of MMs and OMM. I have nothing to hide and am only here to start a successful business for some extra money and in doing so I am filling a certain niche that isn't all that wholesome on sythe.org.

In summation, according to the rules, there was nothing blackhat about the 'proof' provided. Furthermore, my curiosity was the only reason for my previous activity and even then I never had the guts to actually buy anything or do anything illegal as can be seen by my account activity on that website that was provided as proof ( The account has been inactive for quite a while).

If there is anything that I can do or provide to help prove my innocence, please refer me to it as I am trying very hard to be legit and just do honest business. I know certain forums offer some sort of probation to members who are questionable and I am fine with this only because I can prove my legitimacy if given a chance. Thank you for your time and I rest my case.

However, you're arguing that you're selling legally obtained bank accounts that aren't yours when you show right here that the accounts are hacked.


Also, it's not like these are old posts. You've been active on CC as recently as today. Denied, sorry. This is totally illegal.
