Confusion regarding my Ban from 6 years ago

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Back in 2009 I was banned, in terms of the reason why, I unfortunately cannot state. I was informed it was because "Shellz" which I am lead to believe is ban evading? (http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-...ost-year-since-i-have-banned-what-shellz.html)

I have two accounts on Sythe; the first of which is M_P_W_D, the second I made AFTER I was banned. Now, I can certainly take full responsibility for making an account after I was banned, it was a foolish thing to do and I should have instead posted here to try and get more clarification regarding the original ban.

I was originally told "Your IPs match, so it's ban evading." but I do not see how this can be possible when I made the account after I was banned?

It has been 6 years and I still do not know the main reason or cause of the ban and would greatly appreciate your help with this. I am willing to provide any/all information needed in terms of my name, address, IP, work IP, office IP, Phone Number, skype and all e-mail addresses I own.

Also, if there is any other reason as to why I am banned please can I be notified so that I can try and make amens. I originally thought it was for spamming, as shown on my original topic linked. I am now turning 23 years in a few months and am a lot more mature than I was previously.

Another of your accounts, this was ban evasion but I don't really consider it even worth bothering about since it was so minor

I'm going to ask for a second opinion and see if vidya can dig anything up but I can't find any legitimate reason to keep you banned (the ban evasion on software

you used "Software" while waiting on your dispute, and thus you'll have to actually pardon.

So we'll wait for a third person to decide between our two decisions

 

If there's a legitimate reason for your ban I can't find it. Blame here lies on the mod who banned you and just wrote "shellz" with 0 other explanation. If you actually go on the shellz account you'll see it's owned by a girl who is clearly not you. I don't think evasion should matter if the ban was BS in the first place. I vetted your accounts and I am perfectly fine with a full unbanning here
