Quested RS - TWC/Scam attempt?

Wanted to buy £200 worth of gp off him, he asked me to get a middleman with 1000+ vouches, which i did, i chose zuzel who has 1700+, He then said to me that he wouldn't use one once i found the middleman, he then said that he don't want to use one, so i offered increments, He wanted £20 but i have to go first... So i choose to do £5 increments with me going first. I met him on RS, I asked him to confirm he actually has the GP, as any person who was going first would, and he refused to confirm it.

I think this is either a scam attempt or atleast worth a TWC.
How can you be selling GP, Refuse a middleman, Want the person to go first without him confirming the GP?

Have full skype convo saved if anymore evidence is needed.
