I never scammed the buyer, I had over 50+ vouches at the time for doing the same exact thing I did for her. She couldn't follow basic directions and couldn't wait for google to cache her pet before parading it all over Neopets.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I never scammed.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: The original reason I was banned happened years ago on account "Winkey", I sold the user a pet on Neopets and transferred it to her account. The user tried to trade the pet to other people a day after on Neopets but the pet wasn't cached by google therefore people knew it wasn't her's to began with (google takes about a month to cache a pet varying on how many people view it). I'm not sure if there's a mod on Sythe for Neopets that understands what happened, but it's pretty much common sense that you shouldn't go around bragging about a $250 pet that appeared out of no where. The user signed an invoice on Paypal that I would not be responsible for anything that happened to the pet afterwards, therefore after losing her claim on Paypal she reported me here. However since none of the mods here at the time understands how trading pets on Neopets works, I still got banned anyway. I had 50+ Vouches on "Winkey" and then banned because my buyer can't follow basic directions. Then I started "Haiden" (Current Account). I have 60+ Vouches on this account that I gathered over the past years and now banned again due to what happened on previous account.

I'm quite fimiliar with Neopets, and I agree the buyer should of waited till it had the cache updated before going all public with it(being it's the number one reason UC pet's are banned in the first place)

I really don't think you should of been banned for it.

Edit: I've just gone through the reports from 6-20-12 - 6-10-12 Three times and there doesn't appear to be any.

asked roary to search for the pm. there's no mention of it in the place staff should be documenting things like this. will get back to you soon...

well we found out that sypherz temp banned you and blupig only permed you. so i've asked sypherz to check his history to see if there's any information about you there.
