Is there any proof of the items being there before the service and being gone 14 minutes after? If not, we can't hold him liable for that.

 

unfortunately not, the only thing we have is the gear he required and the whole chat log to show that there was no objection to the said gear being on the account.

 

User was obviously trolling me lol, I logged into the account and it was not as described and had 28 ropes in the inventory..... I am not going to waste my time bothering with a troll who is probably another ipker10 troller on my discord

 

doesn't explain why you AUTOMATICALLY block him and removed yourself from the group....if ANYONE were in the situation you just described, they would tell the middleman that he's a troll. it's evident that you're lying.

Well said. It's as clear as day to me that you took the items off the account. You expect me to believe that you all of a sudden you chose to leave because he "trolled you", which doesn't make any sense at all given the context given here. You were given the details, and you told him you'd update him, then you just left the group chat out of nowhere, and blocked the customer. How can you say I'm going to keep you updated, then follow up to leave the group chat / block the customer 10-15 minutes later without any notice?

Show me proof of this? I know you'll probably try to throw back the question "show me proof that he had the items he claimed he had prior to me logging onto his account", however my answer to that is in the above reply to what @QBDyce stated.

 

I was already trolled by ipker and his 3 friends today and yesterday for over an hour. These kids are harassing me and hes probably with him. And ofcourse I would say show me proof, cause I did not take anything. Show me proof of me taking stuff. AND I WILL REFUND 1000%. @Wortel @King

By the way no you're not. You're not allowed to continue your services / trading while you're DNT'd.

That has nothing to do with anything I've asked from you. Show me proof of this "trolling / harassing" being done by your customer, and show me proof of you notified that you'd cancel the service. This time actually answer the question, and don't ramble on about something irrelevant to this report.

I didnt cancel the service, the service never happened. After I logged on their WAS 28 ROPES IN THE INVENTORY AND NO REQUIRED ITEMS IN THE BANK OR INVENTORY. I logged off instantly, and blocked the user. I dont have proof of this, why would i screenshot 28 ropes. Regardless, I didnt screenshot. Also, your still avoiding my question of where is his proof that he had anything in the inventory or bank that I took off the account? @King @Wortel

 

Hi, buyer of this transaction here just providing my input for what it's worth.

So first let me start by saying, i'm sorry to the moderator on this thread that I did not take a screenshot of my inventory prior to providing login details. To me, a screenshot like that doesn't prove anything - as I could easily go to GE and re-buy the 70M in items right now (same as what I was instructed to buy by Kobe per the Discord conversation) and re-take a generic screenshot. Neither prove a timestamp of events, so I did not think to do so.

With that aside, we're arguing for a reasonable doubt here.

Is it more reasonable that I - the buyer - would go through the trouble of:

- Kobe requested I buy ~70M in items [https://prnt.sc/jix1w1], [https://prnt.sc/jix31v], [https://prnt.sc/jix39c]

So, which is more reasonable to assume? Myself, the buyer, who (1) spent $200+ irl on GP (2) Contacted a MM to secure the trade (3) Communicated with both the MM and Kobe23 in length to make the transaction possible and then (4) suddenly "troll" everyone in the process by having '28 ropes in [my] inventory], of which is not evident in the discord logs to any degree.

OR

I - the buyer - simply did not take a screenshot of my inventory before providing login details, and here we are arguing whether or not the items are still present. Of course, I can with ease show you my completely empty bank on the account, with the exception of a complete castle wars mage set (I just finished tickets for that yesterday, wooo), that was logged out in Draynor Village.

Additionally, i've already re-ordered a Fire Cape via a reputable service, sparta.rs, which is scheduled for Friday. Feel free to reach out to Zuzel111 to confirm if he is so included to do so.

I would like to apologize to both the moderator on this case and QBD personally for the absolute mess this has all caused. I should have picked a reputable caping service to begin with, rather than save a bit of GP.

As for Kobe23, I congratulate you on your 70M social engineering endeavor, of which totals around $45 USD, and advise you to think about how you'll be itemizing that on your tax return. Don't spend it all in one place, brotha!

Although @Tilted Terror didn't take a screenshot prior to the service I have no doubt @kobe23 scammed here. @Tilted Terror bought gold prior to the service (here), then (re-iterating my previous points) you attempt to deceive staff by making up lies as an excuse for you blocking the customer / leaving the group-chat with the middleman, and continue dodging my questions. You then proceed to state you have no idea who these users commenting are when it was literally the customer / middleman of both of yours choice. Anywho I don't have time for your bullshit excuses. Banned for 3 months + permanently DNT'd. Feel free to pardon when you're ready to own up to what you've done.
