Honestly and it is that attitude that is making you a worse mod. You should be able to accept constructive criticism without getting pissy.

To go off what art said, "You don't have to infract people every time they do that because soon enough everyone will be temp banned." You gave me an infraction and when I tried to dispute it with you, you were being extremely stubborn when I was trying to be polite. I was trying to dispute it with you and you asked me to, "stop pming me messages like this i'm not joking." Since when am I not allowed to dispute the infraction. Honestly I was bringing up valid points but you were too stubborn to listen.

Just delete their posts or warn them, and after a few times infract them. You don't have to infract people every time they do that because soon enough everyone will be temp banned.

 

Do you even know what happened? I closed the account sale thread because the pictures did not prove ownership of the account. I asked the thread maker to get pictures that prove ownership (sythe name) and he complained that he doesn't have to because it isn't in the stickies. Superman and I discussed the issue and let him be with the pictures he had. Personally I believe that all pictures should show the sythe name in the chat box to prove ownership because it really isn't that hard if you are already taking pictures of the account.

Also, I did check the previous infraction and warning(s) and after taking another glance, the other ones are indeed completely warranted, it was an honest mistake by me, thinking you infracted me for taking the 2nd post of the thread, below OP, but then I accidentally made a post 30 mins later, which I probably did by mistake; I thought you infracted me for taking the 2nd post below the OP; I'm sorry about that. Also; I removed that part from my post from before, I thought I was infracted for taking the 2nd post, but I looked at the infracted points and you were right.

 

in my opinion he's a chill guy to talk with and doing a great job as a market moderator. he helped me couple of times about runescape market and most of the time he's awnsering to my thread reports.

 

I clearly made a mistake. No need to cause drama for the sake of it. All I asked for was pictures that prove ownership, is that really so hard to do? Forgive me for trying to protect users of Sythe. I requested permission to edit the sticky accordingly but was denied so I will not make the same mistake again.

 

That's a response that I would expect from a mod. Good work and I hope you are able to stop with the mistakes. Thanks

Patience is defined by this guy, after nagging him and nagging him for about a week he didn't care and kept it professional, very supportive and helpful guaranteed my mod to go to if i ever need anything!

 

You don't give enough warnings, too many infractions!

 

I always infract for excessive bumping. And your other was a warning for spamming worth 0 points, so i'm not sure what you are talking about.

In general I warn for at least 70% of the infractions I hand out.

For me i now see you as useless, due to incidents that have happened and conflicts between us i no longer think i could ever go to you to ask you for a trade/mm/assistance on anything. If i do make any of these attempts you just ignore me however i think i am not alone in the ignoring section (others have made the same complaint, so i am not special or anything) which i understand is because you do so much but hence why i don't think if i ever needed a mod i could ever turn to your direction anymore.

I look at everything you send me, the thread you linked me simply had no spam you were just making fun of the fact that someone constantly bumps their thread without sales but everything there abides by the bumping/spam rules.


Who do I play favourites with? I have my group of friends, who doesn't? Last time I checked I am aloud to be friends with non staff members. If you are talking about johng, we only recently became friends. Our past wasn't the greatest.

No, I've never come to you for help because of the way I've seen you handle yourself, I'm not being negative here but your "friendship" seems a bit more than just a normal friendship, yes you're allowed to have friends but you seem to be showing favourites to certain ones.

Also, I don't know why Fishy and Syed are trying to act serious when they're obviously trolling, that's all they do on skype.

 

Give examples? Also interested to know why you guys think I do nothing as a moderator.
