Honestly and it is that attitude that is making you a worse mod. You should be able to accept constructive criticism without getting pissy.

Infractions are meant to be handed out sparingly, and its been brought up within staff in the past due to too many infractions being handed out. Therefore, if you're saying that you KNOW he wasn't trying to spam but still handed him an infraction, you're doing something wrong.

Just delete their posts or warn them, and after a few times infract them. You don't have to infract people every time they do that because soon enough everyone will be temp banned.

You gave me an infraction and when I tried to dispute it with you, you were being extremely stubborn when I was trying to be polite. I was trying to dispute it with you and you asked me to, "stop pming me messages like this i'm not joking." Since when am I not allowed to dispute the infraction. Honestly I was bringing up valid points but you were too stubborn to listen.

Do you even know what happened? I closed the account sale thread because the pictures did not prove ownership of the account. I asked the thread maker to get pictures that prove ownership (sythe name) and he complained that he doesn't have to because it isn't in the stickies. Superman and I discussed the issue and let him be with the pictures he had. Personally I believe that all pictures should show the sythe name in the chat box to prove ownership because it really isn't that hard if you are already taking pictures of the account.

All users should be punished equally, it doesn't matter if they have been here for a day or a year. Otherwise people just come up to us and ask "why was this guy not punished he did the exact same thing?". If someone bumps their thread after 6 hours I infract them regardless because i'm not going to try to determine if it was an accident or not. If someone else comes and sees it they will ask why it was not infracted.

In this case the infraction was reversed because I can see your point (kfjjjdst). I was convinced that the post said paypal only when I seen your post so that is why I gave the infraction but I can now see that it doesn't say that so my apologies. For future reference, making your post on a thread that states paypal only would have been considered spam (if it literally says "paypal only"). Just like trying to negotiate a price on a thread that states a firm price would be considered spam.

And I looked at your previous infractions given by me and they all are warranted. Well I only ever really gave you one other 1 point infraction, the other 2 were warnings. It is unfair to point me out for giving you the majority of infractions because it is whoever handles the spam report first; in this case it was me.

Also, I did check the previous infraction and warning(s) and after taking another glance, the other ones are indeed completely warranted, it was an honest mistake by me, thinking you infracted me for taking the 2nd post of the thread, below OP, but then I accidentally made a post 30 mins later, which I probably did by mistake; I thought you infracted me for taking the 2nd post below the OP; I'm sorry about that. Also; I removed that part from my post from before, I thought I was infracted for taking the 2nd post, but I looked at the infracted points and you were right.

I always infract for excessive bumping. And your other was a warning for spamming worth 0 points, so i'm not sure what you are talking about.

In general I warn for at least 70% of the infractions I hand out.

For me i now see you as useless, due to incidents that have happened and conflicts between us i no longer think i could ever go to you to ask you for a trade/mm/assistance on anything. I also feel that I couldn't turn to KMJT for help for ANYTHING, he needs to improve his attitude, you need to stop picking favourites you're a mod for god sake, also you spend more time in the SF than you do improving the community, I never see you behind the scenes or in front of the scenes, you're a pathetic mod and all in all you should be demoted.

No, I've never come to you for help because of the way I've seen you handle yourself, I'm not being negative here but your "friendship" seems a bit more than just a normal friendship, yes you're allowed to have friends but you seem to be showing favourites to certain ones.

Also, I don't know why Fishy and Syed are trying to act serious when they're obviously trolling, that's all they do on skype.
