Also, my two cents: he can accept the account/refund or nothing at all. Also, sorry if it's a dumb question, but I'm on mobile and pictures are not loading. Was there proof funds were delivered?

 

The proof is that the imposter confirmed receiving the money. @Sythe has said that in these situations "we treat the imposter as though they were an agent of the real user" and confirmation of receiving the money is sufficient proof for this purpose.

@KLucius, your thread contained a document editable by anyone and that was taken advantage of and used to scam someone. There is no defense for that and as stated in the scam report you are liable for that. Believe me that I do thorough checks on any imposter report where the real user is held liable to ensure that it's not a frame attempt and there is no proof here that this is a framing attempt.

You are also taking the victim's statements on Discord out of context to make it look like he was trying to frame you. You said you weren't going to refund him first, AFTER which he said that if that's the case he would rather see you banned. You were the one being uncooperative and after denying him a refund, you accused him of working with the hacker. I'm sorry to have to even go into this but you're misrepresenting the way the conversation on discord went to avoid having to refund someone who got scammed because you were stupid enough to put a publicly editable document in your thread. That is your fault and you are responsible for making this right if you want to return to trading.
