Seems his 'hacked' profile was used to scam people. Could not find any threads in regards to whether or not he paid this person back but if he hasn't then I believe as per sythe rules him / his other profiles (Season. and DinaH) would remain banned until this happens.

Not sure whether he paid them back or not but he coincidentally left this banned profile out of his dispute and also failed to mention that his profile was banned for scamming rather than just being hacked in his replies to this thread. Furthermore I cannot find any confirmation or claims of him being hacked other than those posted by himself. TR1BAL himself didn't even say it was hacked, just that it 'seemed to be banned'.

 

The scam that took place on Season Skill, albeit by a hacker, must be refunded

 

I have PM'd glremme asking if he recalls what was lost or has any access to those old links by chance.

However; upon checking PM's for confirmation from a member of staff of the hacking this is all I found:

How would he know your pass to your new account? And there's no way to hide/change an IP unless you proxy. The IP on Seasons Skill matches that of one of the IPs on Season. That leads me to believe you're lying.

I trawled through all PM's up to 2 months after the above exchange and no further contact was made between you and any member of staff to rectify the situation. Why? Guilt. You knew you were responsible and couldn't clear your name - so you continued dealing with trades daily instead of fixing the situation.

TR1BAL clearly mishandled the situation by not checking the ban reason as anything scammed by a hacker should be refunded by the account's owner and NickV also mishandled the situation by not banning you when he drew the above conclusions.

I will leave this open and will post here when or if glremme gets back to me (probably 48 hours I'll give it) - after which you can contact me on Skype for any updates.

Could be possible since there is a break in activity from 23 Oct 2009 til 11 Nov 2009 and wickedtown PM'd someone on 1 Nov 2009.

Like I don't really understand Yousuck what you've just said, you just posted a bunch of shit that's linked to the hacker at the time, not myself. At the time I was continually to use happily my new account, and the hacker had access to Seasons Skill and was trying to get it unbanned. All of those alts you just listed are his and not linked to me or my IP.

Same with that PB link, I don't/haven't used PB

How would the hacker get access to Seasons. when you made it to dispute Seasons Skill? the IP's matched between those accounts. You were told this by NickV then didn't try and sort the situation at all after that.

 

Talking with Dina about it now. It's a lot more complex than it first appeared. Will update shortly. In the meantime, Dina and I have bot added Remme on Skype to try and arrange some kind of refund.

 

Second opinion & discussion concludes ban for vading.
