I'm not really sure =/ A higher EP is going to obviously reward you more but I don't know exactly how much you get. I can't guarantee you get a good drop because Runescape doesn't guarantee it =/ However, even if you do not get a good drop off the kill, it will increase your potential to receive good loot from someone else.

Not atm, highest is 119 (with summoning). I'm working on getting a higher leveled one but it might be awhile.
