Explanation of the trade: we agreed to a trade of 175USD for my account including the 3100+ HSD Pet on Neopets. I viewed her vouch board and it had what seemed to be reputable members. I never received the money even though she claims to have sent it. It has been over a week and no notification.
How they scammed: Didn't send money via PayPal
