    I've got in contact with Hattez through discord and I've made several attempts to recover the account to him. All were unsuccesful. I've sold the account in question to an user named Alright in early 2016 and it has since changed (atleast) a few owners.
    As I told Hattez, I am sorry for his loss, but I don't think I should have DNT for this.

    This was discussed with upper staff and as this account was sold before policy changes. You are held responsible for being able to recover it as you are the original owner of the account.

    @hattez has already refunded the new owner, for your DNT to be lifted you would need to refund him or arrange an agreement
