• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I don't know why I was TWCed in the first place. Now I got a DNT for something I agreed issuing a refund on. I'm apologising for the mistakes I've done from the past and this is what I basically do full time and having DNT/TWC greatly affect my livelihood.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
  I had to learn the hard way and I would like to make sure that everything I do, product delivery wise specifically will have to be precise and such.
  
  Pls grant me a pardon for I need to get back in business; I was supposedly only banned for a week, extended to a week for a ridiculous reason btw, TWCed and now DNTed. It has been a tough month for me. IRL wise, I've been trying to get out of debt as well, but considering the punishments given to me, it's been extremely difficult
