Briefly explain the trade: 30m 07 gp for $126 through paypal
How they scammed: thought he was trusted enough, so I went first in a trade, I traded the money over and he blocked/went offline on Skype

Can you please provide evidence of him blocking you on Skype etc? I know you're missing the in game screenshots, however I have no doubts he did scam you.
