King Krab ban dispute

Didn't really see a ban dispute format so here's my case:

Ban reason:
Tweeting/Sabotaging another "Sythe" user.
Sythe user sabotaging another sythe user through twitter.


The conflict:
I tweeted the Sythe user in retaliation to him tweeting me. He was sabotaging and griefing me in-game, I used my position of power to 1 up him on the sabotage. I leaked the names of his accounts to people in my teamspeak so they could grief him in-game (steal his stakes). He then contacted me and told me that "if I see my names on twitter I have to tweet you." Sure enough, someone tweeted him so he tweeted me. I retaliated and tweeted him back. That is the only time I've tweeted him and he has continuously tweeted me since we've both been banned. I don't want to provide proof for this as it shows my RSNs, but will happily show a mod/admin which tweets in specific he is posting.

Why should I be unbanned?:
Sythe's rules say you are not allowed to tweet another Sythe user. It ONLY protects Sythe's users. Well to begin with, I had no idea this guy was a Sythe user, had I known I would have opened a scam report on him over a year ago. But that's the past, let's talk about what happened more recently -

Anthony, "GamingGold" on Sythe, recently scammed a user in teamspeak for 7bil. The trade was 7b for .9/m BTC. The person that got scammed is not a user on Sythe to my knowledge and had no idea Anthony was either.

I have logs in my teamspeak in private message with the same user I posted pictures of messaging in the scam thread. He admitted to scamming the 7b in those logs. The only problem is I cannot access it unless he connects. This shouldn't be a problem at all considering the ip he connects from is in Germany when he is from Greece. There is no harm in him connecting to my teamspeak for him for me to access the logs.

He opened a scam report on me to get me banned on Sythe as an attack on me rather than to be defensive towards Sythe. I've conducted trades while being banned it has gone smoothly. (You can check my vouch thread at the bottom of this post). He wanted to hurt me, he wasn't saving Sythe from someone who is a scammer/vader/shitty person.

Conclusion:
My actions weren't warranted, I was out of line but enraged at the fact that someone who scammed had the audacity to grief and tweet me. He was a scammer, I had no idea he had a Sythe account, and he started in-game conflict and the tweets. I would have reported him on Sythe before tweeting him to make sure he was not protected by Sythe's rules. @video confirmed that tweeting Sythe users is bannable but tweeting non-Sythe users isn't. I believe I should be unbanned and he should have to connect to my TeamSpeak so I can prove he scammed 7b. If there is no proof I should remain banned.

Claiming you didn't know that it was a Sythe User simply isn't a good excuse, it's your job to make sure that if you participate in tweeting which is simply retarded but I can understand why you do it (people tweet you) that you make sure that user doesn't currently own a Sythe account or just simply don't get caught like the majority of the people that probably own a Sythe account but still continue to tweet.

This dispute is denied, you'll need to make a pardon, sorry Krabs.
