I've tried my best to find/contact this user. Twitch, youtube, emailing, etc.

• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I've always been loyal and respectful to everyone as I possibly could. I can't change anything from the pass but I can show my gratitude to the community more and positive reliability action to everyone as much as I can.
• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I can promise you that something stupid, idiotic stunt won't happen again here on Sythe. I can almost assure you that nobody will ever get their hands on my Sythe account again and I will 100% make sure that nobody will get hurt/harmed anyway by me again.
• Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes.

Repay all victims and provide evidence of this. If you cannot contact them, provide evidence of trying to without success (there must be proof of at least ONE MONTH time being passed for attempting to contact the victim for each pardon separately.)

I tried my best to contact XCroat for so long, he is banned on sythe, his email is invalid (sythe email), I am currently waiting for a reply on twitch (twitch.tv/xcroat) hopping that it's actually him and also on youtube but it has been inactive.

 

Can you provide proof of contacting him on Twitch/Youtube

@Jack Goff the ban reason for xcroat is phishing/hacking. While there are no documented reports, I think it's safe to say he has scammed users with this. Would you be alright with the money going to an unrelated scam victim in this case?

 

Fine by me, it's certainly malicious enough to not warrant him receiving repayment

Nope, not a mistake. For reference, that's the report that rare1999 posted of being scammed for $50 (you only need to refund him $17, which is what was originally scammed by you in 2010).

 

Forgive me by my confusion to this. But I don't know or have ever met rare1999 nor have any knowledge who this user is. Are you saying that I scammed this user and I have to pay rare1999 $17 back?

 

No. The user you scammed, xcroat, is banned from this site for phishing and hacking. While there are no documented reports of xcroat scamming users as a result of his phishing, it's safe to say he has scammed using it. Therefore, we have decided that the money should go to an unrelated victim. Rare1999 was scammed recently in june of 2016, but not by you. We have decided the $17 should go to rare1999 instead of xcroat.

 

Oh I see. I understand it much clearly now. Does rare1999 have any contact information? Email or maybe his paypal even so I can pay $17 to rare1999.

I'm very sorry for the wait but I've been really busy with in real life matters. Unfortunately, I can't pay the user at any moment soon, I will have to pay him later in advanced. You may close this thread now, I will create another pardon in a few months when I contact the user and pay him.
