King*Cole is a fuking scammer. I thought he was the non-scammer type. But I guessed wrong.

Here's the story. I was selling my level 38 pure ranger (thread is still available and can be found here - http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=235517).

He adds me on MSN and tells me he wants to buy it. I asked him to give me a PM on Sythe just to make sure he's the real King*Cole.

He looked pretty trustworthy, as he has a 100+ post count. I gave him the password to my RS account first, he logs out of MSN.

He logs back on MSN saying that he had some virus thingy that closed his MSN. He didn't pay me my RS cash, nor did he say anything after. Just after a few minutes, he logged out of MSN again...and RuneScape.

I thought I was scammed, but I was surprised to find out that he didn't change my RS password. I quickly changed it. The next day, as I tried to log in, my password was incorrect. I could only find that he had set recovery questions on my account, and he stole it.

Don't believe me? Even go to www.RuneScape.com and click "Recover A Lost Password". Type "Mastadrago2" into the username box, and you will see that it has recovery questions. There is a picture in my sale thread that shows a picture of no recovery questions set.

If you read his signature, you can tell that it means absoloutely nothing.

King*Cole is a scammer. Please give him what he deserves. I can't believe a stupid kid like him would give away his Sythe-life for a crap level 38 pure ranger. How stupid?

I did not manage to get any pics of the MSN convo we had, because I thought he didn't want to buy it after he logged out of MSN and RuneScape.

One thing I'll learn from this, is that post counts mean NOTHING! Even a dude with like 4000+ posts can still scam.

From now on, I will ALWAYS use an OFFICIAL MM, and I will NEVER be giving out first. No matter what.
