Businesses/Partnerships: Anyone running a business or partnered service implicitly agrees to share responsibility for the actions of their co-owners, as well as any workers they employ while the worker is on shift and acting on behalf of the business.

If a partner or worker scams, all owners of the business will be banned until the debt is repaid. Workers, however, are not liable for anyone's actions but their own.

If an account is owned by a joint enterprise or company then all owners/directors of the company/enterprise must either have never owned a Sythe account, or have a Sythe account in good standing.

Note that a DNT'd user may work for a business as an employee, provided that they have no outstanding debt on Sythe.

Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: Business partner is a scammer based off this thread griff and has outstanding debt.

King states in this post Griff is his "trusted business partner" See the snippet below.

He stated that my partner claimed to him that I was the original creator in the ticket which I know is definitely not true as I monitor tickets every day and Griff has always expressed if he created the account or not and even myself or my other partner Saints

Hey just wanted to post to confirm he is a partner, and also to apologize as I genuinely had no idea about the old ban evasion and scam offences as I met him through when he managed another good friend of mines server for some years and my other close friend highly vouched for him prior to us starting this and he never scammed a customer during our partnership. He's in the process of requesting a pardon and I believe he has reached out to staff after to repay the debt, but I know he has to wait till he gets a reply on the pardon to verify everything before proceeding. I didn't know how to temporarily stop the auto bumper before bed so I've manually requested every thread to be locked in the meantime until he successfully pardons. Thank you and again sorry about this.

Ok thanks @King. This is resolved now that it's locked and not operating on Sythe with a DNT'd partner.
