Account was just unbanned although I still believe a bot was ran on this account and it was not a matter of IP differences; I will carry on as is and just complete services on my own but I do caution about botted services. Don't want to cause ongoing problems for the forum or yourself so please close this. Although services are incomplete I will continue as is. Thank you for your attentiveness.

Did you approach them after viewing their thread? Can you link that thread/any ToS that were discussed prior to the start of this service

 

Sorry about that below is everything; thus far the only solution I am being offered is to unban the account so they can complete the service which is highly unrealistic on a 3-day old account banned for Macroing Major.

Hey @Gladiator , Well, I do assume it was banned due to different IPs, cuz it has actually happened to me before with other accounts and other services, and they're all from scratch, I haven't been banned on an account which is more than 10 days old and has been played for more than 5 Hours.

This being said, There's no actual way I'm going to bot a Mithril gloves account which is mainly questing, only like 30mins max of skill training or somewhere around, and being banned for 30 mins of "Botting" (Which I didn't do) is non sense.

 

Not to seem oblivious but I have my own Questing Service and none of my customers have been banned for different IP's. Otherwise many people on this forum would complain about bans.

I also stated that this only has happened to me with accounts from scratch.

And I'm not saying all of the services from scratch I do get banned, is like a 20%% of services from scratch.

 

That is not the problem; a Macroing Major is a botted service not a IP switch as I have had people from Venezuela train my accounts before with no problem; level 3's as well. The issue is your resolution is unrealistic. The account appeal was denied and it is very unlikely the account will be unbanned yet you offer no solution therefore this is the route to take and I will let the mods decide. If this were the case Venezuela should not be allowed on this site to service customers.

 

Well, in my defence the only thing I could say is I didn't bot Your account, and that's it xD .

Like for real, who would bot a mithril gloves account (Not me) haha

 

That is fine I will wait for moderators to review and make there decision as this account was in your possession for 2 days and I'm down 25M from payment as well as 5M supplied on the account.

 

I could have done another account with no additional cost, but You just decided to post bullshit on my thread at once without even asking me first for a "Solution", and also didn't even send me a proof that the ban appeal was denied for me to really refund Your GP or arrange something then You created this Refund Request.

I am done dealing with you let the mods handle this; your initial response was unban the account and I will continue the service rather than offering a realistic solution.

How much of the service did you complete and can you show us some proof of it?

 

This is the only pic I had the chance to show him cuz the service was short and I finished everything on the service except for only 1 quest on which account got banned.

He also stated himself to me that he got the account Unbanned as I told him to do it and that there was only 1 quest left as I said before.

I want to build a good reputation here on Sythe, I haven't really ran any bots on any of my services.

If people believe so it is a real shame, but, what can I do?

I'd freely admit it, for sure, but, I don't know how to use bots, nor I will invest in them with the little money I get from my services LOL XD.

What I could do from now on instead, is invest on a good proxy and avoid getting this kind of reports

 

It is quite strange to say the least, since the account was completely fresh. Bots for mithril gloves and these kind of services are widely available and inexpensive. Hopefully this is a one off situation and not a recurring theme or we will look to take action.

On another note, some evidence came to light of you outsourcing work without informing customers
