Hello . Today I am here for the "second" time to dispute this ban. Let me start off being completely honest. Yes since the first ban I have made several accounts which have all been banned for ban evading but From my point of view you have to understand I play a majority of online games. I have to get my deals done somewhere. Second my first appeal was going to get approved. I had 3-4 approvals and then my post was just forgotten about. Dj weasel was around this time He knew the deal, Im not sure if sin knew about it but he knew the deal and king tjin knew about it if im not correct . I contacted him asking does he accept well fargo bank transfer. He told me he had access to a well fargo account but before he accepted that payment he wanted me to sign up for chase quick pay and pay through that first , as you can tell here ( http://gyazo.com/46919251f2b8db1030a897c205913b5c ) I did and it went successful. At the time I was buyying bulk and chase quick pay was only allowing me to send about 300-400 at the time. So luctster agreed to let me pay via wells fargo direct bank transfer. the first payment wen through and i was delivered 800m/1b that i was owed and he told me he would give me the extra 200m i was owed the next day on august 19th 2011 ( http://gyazo.com/503a36fef3119a93b91eafcb0478faf8 ) Now this is where things get changed up . i waited the next day for my 200m and him knowing i was looking to purchase more after that 200m told me to pay for the rest of gold and he would deliver me 1.4b after he confirmed payment. He confirmed and stopped epling to me on msn and sythe as you can tell here http://www.sythe.org/runescape-3-se...p-pa-wu-mg-bank-mail-1-561-460-8376-a-77.html I contacted dj weasel and others on what to do and they said wait it out a bit . 2 weeks went by and he continued to contact and sell gold to other members and buy gold and didn't deliver my gold. So I took action and charged back for the gold that he DID NOT DELIVER . Not the gold I received. But at the time him being trusted no one asked me my side and I was just banned automatically .Then sythe finds out he was a scammer recovering accounts etc and he gets banned and when I make an appeal I get ignored after I had 3 approvals. and eventually moved to the archives . Now i know I've ban evaded and I'm asking of a high pardon but this is where do my online trading and I was banned unfairly. I look to do trades . I've done some recently on sythe with no problems I just don't understand . Please help me out . I just want to be able to do my deals with out repeatedly being banned and bashed for being a ban evader when i want to do a deal. I would be happy to accept a TWC until I prove myself f thats what it takes.

 

I'm not sure if I believe your story but the fact that you continued to ban evade despite being banned over and over again shows a lack of respect for our rules on Sythe. Part of the pardon system is understanding why you were banned and showing remorse which really isn't being shown in your pardon as it's more of a dispute.

Come back in six months with zero ban evader accounts and I'll consider your pardon.
