Kina being banned (from ooga)

And OJ Simpson should be in jail.

Unless there's another case that staff isn't telling us, or he's that big of a threat that staff decided to ban him, I don't think he should remain banned if this is the only thing incriminating him. A fair number of active users on this site should be banned if we're playing that game.

 

I've never seen him pull a malicious move. He's been hacked and such a few times, but has always paid it back.

I remember this one case one time where he was supposed to refund someone who had scammed + fucked his website up. I had that decision changed without even being staff >.>

 

Having long term partnership with Kina. Last month he registered a company for his design work. I know this guy very well, have had hours of Skype conversations with him. It's an outrage he's banned because he got social engineered by Ooga, he must be laughing his ass off as shown in in Heads's posts. I've been banned myself for a while because Ooga tricked me in a conversation, deleted him right after. Luckily I've got unbanned because Staff believed me on my word, good job done here! Wherefore his good behavior not heavier than Ooga's report post?

In my opinion Kina isn't deserving any TWC got and definitely not a ban. It's a shame Sythe staff is banning it's reputable members for this reason.

so according to kina he was banned for nothing :S , just ooga saying he did do it...

 

We've let him off on shit he should have been banned for many, many times. There's a point where a line needs to be drawn.

 

Closed. Oogabooga is banned for a reason, and no one should be posting on his behalf.
