    kiLzeD requesting a pardon for Accusing of scamming without proof
    I have a TWC from 3 years ago because I accused someone of scamming without proof. Now when I click on that guy, that I accused, account it shows that he is banned.

    I am wondering if it is able to be removed I have started playing runescape again and would like to use this site more again but having that big fat Trade with caution turns people off.
