    Mage level? That's really the most important thing here, mate.

    Also - do you have rapier/ccb/arcane stream/ovls, etc?

    Ah. Means at best, one would have to use Blood Burst.
    <95 Prayer so no SS or even Turm for the couple quick kills you need.
    No ASN to help your med-level Magic.

    i suggest you to train mage higher and train summoning till around 69- then i wil happily to do a cape for you.
