Killing Green Dragon Hunters

Do people go to kill green drags anymore? East, and West drags? What would be the perfect setup to kill them?

My way: TB, Snare, Karils Bow/Sara Strike, and DDS spec (not sure about dds spec, would it help if i was 99 str?
Cause they will be praying, so is it worth spending ages getting 99 str?)

If I max out combat stats and keep 42 def ill be combat 106...is this fine for green drags?
If I get 70+ attack, how useful would whip be to kill them. How would my setup work?

What are the ideal stats to PK at green drags?

There're quite a lot of people at Green Drags. Quite a lot are bots, so you'll need mage to counter their 'PK-er Measures'. They'll tab quick if you dont stick em' there.

Killing the people is much easier and safer done via mage. You could bring a dds (Yes, the 99 str is worth it. Higher combo's) to lower their hp down fast, possibly combo-kill.

 

if you are there to kill bots, id recommend getting 82 magic or 94 for ice blitz/barrage its a very effective and fast way to kill them

 

You'll need entangle or ice blitz so they dont run, maybe even tele block
