Kid in my class plays RS!!! LOL!!

I'd like to talk to him, but how am I going to resist not bringing up the topic of RuneScape??? I mean this guy's going to load RS again and probably kill more frost dragons. It'll be hard NOT talking to him about rs lol...

I'm not trying to milk out free mills out of him lol. I haven't even seen his bank yet. Maybe LMAO.

Wait! I got an idea. I'm going to play a private server like SoulSplit and watch his reaction as he turns to my screen LOL. I'm pretty sure he is a legit player. Once I get a chance to see his bank and if hes rich as F**K, I'm definitely convincing him to give me some shit lol. If he's poor or semi-rich I'll just leave it.

I'll probably make up some bullshit story of how I'm poor as hell on rs that's why I play priv servers.

How about you learn to talk to people like a normal person instead of having to "reveal" that you play a game. I don't get why you can't just say "Oh I play rs too, whats your name?" instead of being a weirdo.

 

I know what you mean, but RuneScape is just different man. It's hard to talk to it about others when you'll get ridiculed for it. The issue isn't about having a normal discussion, its about not resisting talking about RuneScape ..which is very unlikely. If it was a game like MW3 or Battlefield, I'm pretty sure me and others would have no problem of discussing.

I'm most likely not going to bring up the topic of RuneScape at all and just befriend him. After all we'll be in the same class for an entire term.

Some people don't want others knowing they play online games like Runescape and you have to respect that. Would you want people in your school knowing that? I don't know about your school but I sure as hell wouldn't at mine.

If he's killing frosts, more than likely he's rich, make friends, start skype pking, then go in with the question, "could I borrow that party hat of yours?"

Yeah I've still got 1 RL friend that I tend to play with once in awhile just we are both super busy. We both keep it to ourselves that we play, because most people just find it nerdy/lame/dumb/pick name if you play RS.

I've seen this too and I laughed so hard on the inside. Wasn't the fact that he played, it was the fact it was playing at the story.


I don't see why you can't just be like hey ya I play RS too, add me. I'm not really getting why you think he is super rich, or why you are just hoping for free stuff.
