kfjjjdst's ban appeal

Well, as most people in charge know already, I was banned for a mistake of my, which I made in 2006.

Person who banned me: Tyro
Reason: Fake Vouching in 2006.
Why I feel it was unfair:
Seeing I admitted my own faults to tyro, and since I moved houses in 2008, this could've never been proven against me. I have made trades in over $300 value and have earned over 20 vouches. Also, english isn't my first language, this is why I'm pretty much saying I DID NOT INTENTIONALLY fake vouch. English is my 2nd language, which I can on request prove with my ID which states my mother tounge is Hungarian.
Also, in 2006 I got banned. evaded a month later. Pen mm'd a trade for me, got banned again. Then in 2009 I made a new account and that would be kfjjjdst. I think 2-3 years of time is enough for me to be able to say I've manned up, I learned english to a decent lvl, and if you even believe my actions in 2006 were purposeful, I can say I've grown up. (I was 12 back in the days, now im 17 soon.)

Since I admitted the story, and that the proof could've never been uncovered without me admitting to it, I feel that I in no ways mean threat to this community.
I'd also be very happy and thankful for a twc unban, or asever it fits everybody.
Also, when reading my dispute please read it as a human being who IS NOT flawless and WILL make such stupid mistakes in life, not your staff position.

How do you not "intentionally" fake vouch?
