This is going to be a weird report, not sure if there is really anything to hold too but there alot sketchiness here, so may post what I fond and see wh

I am not sure if this offense in it's self but I'll leave that there,

Right so there alot weird of stuff here, to begin:

Kala has multiple IP matches to a user named: Fnss , I believe these are VPNs but hoping staff can check them, who is also banned for scamming, kala discord admin:

it's not an offense to have a worker who has/is a scammer, but they run the previous mentioned runelite discord together: (notice here kala is an admin):

what funny is when I start asking questions, they removed his ownership:

The runelite discord is not advertised on sythe so I don't think this offense and so far I haven't listed an offense, since nothing done on sythe, but I believe all this summed up, but what I believe it might fall under is

Businesses/Partnerships: Anyone running a business or partnered service implicitly agrees to share responsibility for the actions of their co-owners, as well as any workers they employ while the worker is on shift and acting on behalf of the business.

If a partner or worker scams, all owners of the business will be banned until the debt is repaid. Workers, however, are not liable for anyone's actions but their own.

If an account is owned by a joint enterprise or company then all owners/directors of the company/enterprise must either have never owned a Sythe account, or have a Sythe account in good standing.

Note that a DNT'd user may work for a business as an employee, provided that they have no outstanding debt on Sythe.

With everything taken into account, ip matches, share server, etc I believe that some type of partnership or they might even be same person, I'm not even 100% there is a an offense here, so let see what happens I guess

Me and fnss did not even know each other until 2022 all ip history can be checked fnss sold me his old discord server because he stept out of selling accounts.
Also everyone can view his new content as proof also that he is not selling accounts anymore also by his vouches.
Fnss opened the doors for me he wrote me thread on sythe everything which also been effective for my sales. we are not the SAME users we are going to partner up and Fnss is the main owner in that server And after seeing all of that i decided to make him a staff and he done pretty much and good sales for me so after all he told me that he was able to get alot of workers and that he wanted to start his own server of selling accounts which he had done also before particular on sythe. But after seeing what he could manage to do i decided to make an account shop with him and we havent even released the account shop on sythe or on discord yet so the server doesnt exist yet. I am from pakistan fnss is from the netherlands he haves his own home ip created on his account so do i, i dont understand how you can come to this conclusion

How come you share the same IP multiple times? Do you have access to each others' Sythe accounts?

He had access to mine
he helped me with my sythe he made me a nice thread, and he helped me with user title change etc. i can also show proof of that if you want.

For the record, you could not PM me due to us not sharing any mutual servers and not being friends.

I've reviewed your proof and can thereby conclude you and @Fnss are not the same person. It is however against our rules to share a Sythe account. You've also interacted with each other in the form of vouching. You will both be banned (ban extended for @Fnss) for account sharing, but I won't add an additional ban for the vouching as this appeared to be legitimate business.
