User scammed someone and then ignored them, have everything but skype proof as he never confirmed his skype, however it's clearly him that was responsible and him not confirming his skype is intentional. When I PMed him trying to confirm his skype he told me his skype was "yousuckv2.sythe" which would be a poor impersonation attempt if the skype even existed.

It is clear that not confirming his skype is intentional, and it is clear that he is scamming people. The notion that he would be worth impersonating is laughable, the notion that an impostor would scam a giftcard which has limited use/value is even less likely.

His reply clearly suggests he wanted to avoid me confirming his skype at all costs and if you check his posts he's never posted his skype publicly, probably for this reason.
