    Explanation: Amazon gift card worth $100, I payed $63 with Paypal

    I just sent him $63 in the Paypal account that he indicated and how he is offline without sending me the code.

    Beside this his Paypal account is Non-US - Unverified and he stated in our discussions that he is a US seller.

    If you have been in this kind of situation please advise on what should I do given that this is the first time I try to buy and I get burned.

    Looking at their long list of IP's, it suggests they're ban evading too.
