    KEIS is a SCAMMER!!
    I paid him $40 via paypal for a 5 digit steam account when he said he had problems with his internet and turned off MSN. I rebooted my PC this morning so I don't have proof on MSN but I do have proof from paypal. Its been over 24 hours and I have yet to get my account
