Man in the middle scam. What type of scam is he trying to pull? He requests a pm... and then what?
Man in the middle scam.
In a "Man in a middle scam" both parties are impersonated and if the buyer isn't aware of this or if the seller does a bad PM. An impersonator scam can easily happen due to fact that the buyer assumed that it's the seller because "they received a pm"What sensitive info would he intercept? Wouldnt the service seller just pm him a transcript/screenshot of their convo and that's it? There's no sensitive info that I see anywhere?
That random text he wants pmed.... It can be sent to anyone... What does that acheive for anyone in terms of scamming? This convo could be public, its meaningless. I'm not seeing at which step in this process someones sensitive info would be stolen.
Or are you saying hes reselling DuckM's leveling service as his own? And what indicates that? I'm not following...
I think I was misunderstanding the guy's request..... Was he requesting that DuckM send him something that the suspect sends HIM over sythe? As in
"Scammer" (Actually someone with legit login details) pms DuckM on sythe with login info
Then DuckM sends the legit login info to scammer through discord?
That doesn't make much sense either though.... Trying to understand how this is even scammable.

To answer what they can achieve: Billions
