How they scammed: Account was recovered and P/A Not paying out insurance.

Within a month of purchase i got this message when trying to log in to the account:

Upon trying to contact seller on P/A to find a resolution it is clear the seller deleted his PlayerAuctions account: Screenshot - e00766cc205457eb76534a1493f3e87f - Gyazo

I've since spent near 2 weeks now speaking to Richard (P/A Rep) And the whole time i've just been stalled and messed around to avoid being refunded, Initially i was told the reason was there was no proof that the photo of the account being registered to OO's email was connected to the account in question to which i then went out of my way to record a Youtube video to prove it is indeed the account in question-

I was then told they require Jagex to be contacted to which i said "I'm happy to do whatever it takes please tell me what you require me to send them" Richard then wrote this- Screenshot - b57b1851a70d5cd6981a306f7deb78b4 - Gyazo to which i tweeted Jagex support the exact message instructed- Screenshot - 81e96f543fc134f322d5ac98d0a4738e - Gyazo and they replied saying this- Screenshot - e3371492c227ba3469267b4d4bf06365 - Gyazo

This again proved not to be good enough saying that "There was still no proof" even though i've followed all their instructions and also proved that the account is currently registered to it's creation email to which i have no access too. The fact that the origional seller has deleted his account and obviously scam quit just further shows they have no interest in refund.

I know nothing will probably come of this report however i paid a premium for insurance to cover me in this situation and they are committing Fraud by offering this service when they have no intentions of refunding anyone in the case of scams and also have no clear knowledge on what is required to meet their terms.

 

You cant report the playerauctions account on sythe as its just a PR account and they dont actively trade.

@video setup a nice little sticky for people to get help with resolutions with playerauctions.

PlayerAuctions Issues Resolution Thread

 

I did mention in my thread that i have been contacting there PR member Richard through the Resolution thread/Sythe PMs for near 2weeks now, Was just more posting this thread in hope to make people aware of the Fraud being committed by their website and to save innocent party's from being scammed out of money in the future. Also don't see how they are allowed to continue use this forum with the hundreds of cases similar to this that often occur, However feel free to close this or w/e you feel is necessary. i'll just contact the bank to get my money back.

 

As mentioned above, The PayerAuctions account is only for PR related purposes and they do not actively use this website to trade. All disputes are directed towards their resolution thread.
