Explain the service:
He was supposed to get 1-55 slayer (and some other low combat levels as necessary) on a fresh account. The account was supplied with 15m for supplies and a bond.

After paying him, he spent about an hour working on the training, and then never did any more work. It has been nearly 10 days now, and he has not done any work since then. I have asked him repeatedly if he will continue the work, and he keeps saying yes, but does not do anything. He has now put "Away until December 28" on his Sythe profile, and it does not look like he will ever complete the work.
