Katiebaby Final ban dispute

Please read this all. It may be hard, but i'm really trusted and i deserve a second chance. Read this <I never exactly ban disputed. I got a temp ban because somebody asked me to bump their thread. I wanted to post here to tell everyone that it was unfair, But when you log into a banned account it says (Post in the Dispute Forum ) When you click Dispute Forum it says you can't post because you're banned. And the logout button is located at the very bottom, directionally challenged people could have problems with that, and people don't know that you have to log out before you do. So i had no choice but to make an account to post, After my first account was banned and i had to make another to post again, because i still didnt know. They told me i was evading and i told them the reason why, they still never explained too me that i could post without a username. I have no reason to ban evade because i've never scammed. I had one unfair temp ban and thats the whole cause of this. Please be mature and understand my situation. Thanks. Katiebaby

First post:

I've been waiting like a week for a damn reply to the post.. I didn't know you could post here without an account, thats why i "ban evaded" I've used this account once to appeal a password because again i couldn't post here because i thought you needed an account.

I had an unfair infraction recently, so i hopped on this account and tried to appeal it, until i realized u didnt need an account to post here, so i logged on and got banned for ban evading.

Just a mistake, honestly.

Second Post:
PerfectSales was the account i evaded on the first time. Its all a huge misunderstanding just read this throughly:


I didn't know i could post here without an account, so i made perfect sales.
The reason i made it was because i wanted to deal with an unfair infraction, and a lost password. So i really didn't know that i could post here without an account.

Thats the only reason why "Im evading" So i cant provide a link, since i didn't exactly evade, i just made the account to appeal an unfair infraction and i didnt realize that i could without an account.


The reason why there was posts on PerfectSales:

Because it's taking so damn long to straighten this out, and i used it when i lost my password.

Re: what the hell? Im serious here, PerfectSales was the only account i evaded on and it was for a legitimate reason because i didn't know how to post here without an account, because when i tried to login it said to go to the dispute forum and it wouldnt let me, i didn't know that.

You can check my ip, or find a way, i've only had this account ever, and perfectsales, i've never made any other account.



Being 100% Serious here, i've never scammed anyone i have no reason to evade)

I totally forgot about "LilyMarie" That was also because i didn't know i could post without an account, i never realized it until after i made perfectsales. But i also knew that i shouldn't be making another account, thats why i said i wasn't katiebaby. It's not like i was evading a scam ban, it just started over an unfair infraction which i wanted to appeal. I wish you can understand that if i hadn't of been infracted unfairly this wouldn't have happened in the first place. I would understand if i had been banned for scamming, and then evaded to make another account and keep selling/scamming, but this was just because of an unfair infraction, and it shouldn't be a perm ban just like that, im so trusted. Go easy please, it wasnt my fault i had an infraction that shouldn't of been there, and i know that i should have known i can post here without an account, but you should provide more info when your banned that you can post there without having an account

Final Dispute


Listen, when you log onto your account and you'r banned, it tells you to go to the dispute forum without making a new account, yes. But it doesn't give ENOUGH information, It doesn't tell you that you have to log out to go to the dispute forum to post anonymously; so i tried clicking the Dispute Forum button, and it didn't work, so i thought it might of been broken or something.

Reason i had LilyMarie

I used LilyMarie to try to recover a password, and to post for my unfair infraction, (Why my infraction was unfair, read the bottom). I said i wasn't katiebaby because i knew that it said do it without a new account, at least i;m being honest here, i said that their both my accounts. I'm not trying to lie.

Reason for PerfectSales:
Made after LilyMarie

I also used this to also appeal an unfair infraction, and at this time i didn't have the password to Katiebaby, i found my sythe signup in my email, and i had the password to it, because nobody on the dispute forum was helping because the email wasn't being sent.


The infraction:
I bumped a thread on REQUEST.

Why i shouldn't be banned:
1. Think of it this way, when you log in banned, theres not alot of information, not my fault. 2. I didn't evade to get away from a scam ban, just to appeal an UNFAIR INFRACTION. 3. If i hadn't of recieved a temp ban because of an unfair infraction i would never have had to make the account to appeal it. 4. I'm a trusted member, you shouldn't have to loose a 2 year member, who is trusted in account-selling, just because i tried to appeal an infraction that shouldn't have been there. 5. I've never been banned, nor warned about this. I didn't know how to post anonymously on the dispute forum because when i logged into the banned account and clicked "Dispute Forum" It would give me the same banned message, i didn't know i had to log out to do it, therefor i made a new account to do it! 6. I never got banned for scamming, if i was actually doing the real meaning of sythe evading, i would scam cash, make a new account, and keep scamming, which i did not. 7. I'm being honest, i didn't try to deny that the accounts LilyMarie and PerfectSales weren't mine, because it's a mistake, and i should be listened too.


Make 7 Good reasons why i should stay banned.

From my understanding, you were banned because you used another account while your first was temporarily banned.

I think a three month ban is enough. You are unbanned.
