Karmaxdd Incredibly Poor Trading Practices/falsely calling me a scammer/posting RSN

Unfortunately I left their discord so I can't provide screenshots from the ticket but surely they will gladly provide them to show proof of me 'scamming' them right?

The story -

I joined their discord for a radiant oathplate kit. I was told it was doable and we agreed upon the price. After they did 1 contract they informed me it was impossible to do with my gear (it wasn't , I had it done elsewhere first try. Can provide proof.) and that I would need ~3 gear upgrades for it to be possible which would take months at least of grinding. I could put the money on hold or request a refund or whatever. I ultimately asked for a refund as prices had dropped significantly after a couple days of back and fourth of trying to brainstorm a way to make it happen. I was originally offered a full refund then that changed when they 'remembered' a contract was done. The worker then suggested we meet in the middle and that was agreed upon by both sides and a refund of that amount was given. I left the server after receiving my refund and put it behind me and went elsewhere.

This was the end of it or so I thought.... I was PMd ingame by someone asking why I got a service done. Confused, I went to their discord and saw this picture imgur.com (nothing was censored, I censored it. My full name was showing in multiple spots. and CC was shown.)

This was done for no other reason then to be malicious and out of spite of me asking for a refund. How do I know this? They said it themselves and then deleted it. Image is included in the imgur above as well as them describing the 'scam'. The scam was me asking for a refund and telling them not to do anymore contracts after they admitted they couldn't finish the requested order. I didn't want to order 4 contracts I wanted the full kit.

They are outright LYING saying I scammed them/got a full refund. Not only that, posting my full RSN leading to me receiving multiple ingame DM's from strangers/possible reports is a massive red flag. Even though karma tries to take no blame by saying they didn't post it they are fully responsible for their workers actions in their own discord. I wish I could get more proof but they tried to scrub their discord clean as they knew they were caught after their scummy behavior.
