Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :

User asked me to join my Discord but was already banned from it. The reasoning was due to him being banned on @BBunnygraphics so that is a Discord match. A sythe mod in my trading discord can verify if he'd like.

EDIT: The original ban offence was wrongly issued as mentioned here. The rest of the accounts were punished for ban evasion, and I believe it was just him (momobami) being clueless and not knowing what happened or how to resolve it before, so the most reasonable solution was to have the bans lifted as the original ban was wrongly issued and there were never any debts or offences for anything else.
