    I don't know if this is enough proof for a ban, but maybe a trade with caution.

    He scammed me 2b ikov, (declined on the first increment)
    Doesn't really bother me that he scammed me, but I don't want him scamming others.

    Clearly a scammer. Posts on buying and selling threads, with conflicting prices. Went offline on you as well. Banning him.
