Kaperboy is a scammer!

Explanation of the trade & How he scammed:
Kaperboy offered his main account via this thread
[Selling] Main account [LVL100] [2 99'S]
We had contact via Sythe chat and agreed on 40m 07 RSGP for this account. We exchanged discord contacts to have a more convenient conversation there. His discord was kaperboy#6382 (Proof in the screenshots section and on his Sythe profile signature).
I used this account for some days and as I decided to probably make this my new main I contacted him to really be sure he is trustworthy and that I want to make this account my main.
Probably I was stupid enough to do this because shortly after that the account was recovered by him. I know the previous email (that was set before the trade) and now the account is bound to the said mail again. I see this because I get asked whether I have access to this mail when starting the recovery process. I noticed this today and tried to message him on discord but he blocked me (proof attached).

I have several screenshots attached. You can find them in the imgur album.
I attached screenshots with the following content:

• Proof of Kaperboy messaging me on Sythe
• Proof of Kaperboy messaging me his discord id
• Proof of our first messages on discord after exchanging ids via Sythe PM
• Proof of finishing the trade and sending out vouch threads
• Proof of my latest messages (the last message could not be send because he obviously blocked me)
• Proof of him vouching me on my vouching thread

Please let me know if you need anything else so that I can proof he scammed me.

He does not seem to be cooperative. He also does not reply to any of my messages on Sythe, on his email account and on Discord (as he blocked me there).

How does the procedure look like when he is not responding to this thread? Will he get banned?
