You don't have to bother sending my $2. Seems that plenty of people joined the Lottery and you have to refund their money before they wonder what's going on. You don't have to pay me back.

Kadaj, instead of giving up, why don't you send the money to me and I'll run it without keeping any of the money? That way it will still be officially endorsed, and there's no reason for anyone to pull out because they'll end up making more money as long as the person running it doesn't take a cut.

The thing is; I didn't want it to be official. I would rather just refund people. If you wish to take over the lottery, feel free.
