You realize you can make a simple call to blizzard and recall the account just as easy if you are Original Owner.

 

i emailed them but they havent replyed he changed the account email and pass so i dont think it would be that easy atleast he put game time on for me

And that means no chat logs.

The actual MSN conversation that happened at the time.

Or a transaction with PayPal.

Something that gives the Mods enough evidence to ban him.

 

I dealt with this this guy as well, did the same to me, gave account info and he canceled the paypal payment. Sadly he operates under several account and msn names, so if you ban one account it won't get them all.
