Justice needs to be served

Hi,

My account, primera sangre got banned on 8/16/2016. The ban is until 8/29/2016.

Before I go on about rules and the truth, let me give you a bit of a background:

I use Primera Sangre to both boost in League of Legends and provide essay writing services. I was approached by danbey14 on skype to edit his CV for him. I requested a total of $15 upfront for my service. He declined to doing so as he said I didn't have enough vouchers / if I was a +50 donator, he would "go for it".

So I bargained with him and said that upon completion, he would send me my due funds. However, when I did send him a completed draft, he then promptly deleted/blocked me on Skype. Luckily, I had watermarked and locked the document, so I didn't feel completely robber (just time wasted).

Then, I go on Sythe Anti-scam forum posting about danbey14's scam. Low and behold, a few minutes later, I saw a post about me. Call me a skeptic, but I don't believe in odd coincidences. I believe it must've been an outright retaliation. Now I can't confirm that the Sythe member (YousuckV2) was danbey14, but it was too coincidental. It looked like the guy had to tried to get dirt on me.

Now, here's where the situation is at. He calls me a "self-voucher" based on a person who vouched for me that shared the same IP address. I share an apartment with my friend, who is both a booster and a Sythe member. Having him leave me a vouch for an order he gave me is nothing akin to "self-vouching". Now I'm not the person who writes the rules, but I'm sure that can't be so.

If anything, based on how he performed an "analysis" that I'm a "self-voucher", he should be classified as one even more. I did an IP audit on his account and low and behold, it shares the address with 3-4 other accounts...and the best part? It cycles through. Kinda obvious that this guy is a massive hypocrite. Also, judging by his tone during the post, it would look like he has a vendetta towards me. Since I'm a new member, who would have one towards me? Makes that pretty obvious.

I understand that a new user with 3-4 vouches does not hold the same credit as a +$100 donator would, but if you can see the whole story from my perspective, it should make sense.

I never set out to get anyone banned, only to warn fellow forum people of the scammer; but as it turns out, the scammer would go to such lengths to try to paint the wrong image; especially with his $100 donator badge and long-term involvement in Sythe (which ultimately worked).

Because I'm banned, undoubtedly this impacts my business as I can no longer get orders on Sythe for 2 weeks. Also, for people who read the forums, my name would forever be tarnished because of that post he made on the anti-scam forum. Before, I never wanted to seek damages/retaliation for the scam, but at this point, my problem just escalated and I would expect some sort of retribution.

Per You are not allowed to vouch for yourself, or an irl acquaintance., the original ban for fake/self-vouching will stand.

Also, yousuckv2 is definitely not danbey14 - he's even gotten that user banned on several occasions in the past (e.g. Geogemicheal123).
