    I just re-read the report. Holly shit Shin is a bigger fucking scammer than I realized.....

    1. Takes way over a month (2 months +), and then proceeds to threaten @Bert to punish two hosts or he isnt finishing the bot.

    2. Tells Bert that he cannot complete the order

    3. Hasn't been in contact / finished his other biggest customer's shit for 5 WEEKS.

    4. Offers a refund of 32.5% because HE cannot complete the order - and thinks that the hours he spent writing shit code is enough to get him paid for a pile of code that doesn't run.... and that no other developer would use (instead forcing Bert to pay to rewrite it from scratch).

    @Shin step the fuck down, you deserve a DNT and a TWC for poor business practices let alone being the fucking head moderator and head OMM of this site.
