He blatantly said he didn't sell duped gold. As a result of him selling duped gold he may have had people he was dealing with wiped, which is an indirect form of scamming.

If you got some more info feel free to share it, but what i heard was he was asked if he sold gold from duel arena dupe (which he didnt) ofcourse he wasnt forthright in saying he was selling gold from another dupe. I agree with this, but everyone has lapses in judgment and it seems thats what happened, while i dont know what happened in the SL the disputes and what not seemed to infer he was just really ambiguous and cryptic with his answers, he should be punished but a perm just seems overboard is all .
