I just need to let something out.

I am 23 years old and I've made my life a mess.

I'm heavily in debt. I've isolated myself from most friendships. I've gained fat and I'm generally feeling the cold surface of rock bottom.

Nobody knows this. No one is aware of my crisis and how nearly collapse I am.

But I know I can get myself through this. I know. I know I can grow up and fix my mistakes.

For some reason, though. I am too proud, too afraid, too scared and too ashamed to admit this face to face with anyone I know. I guess I have trust issues. But I know that if I am to face this and handle it, then I need to get it out of my chest and I found this forum.

So here it is.

Thank you for reading, I wish you a nice day!

First step to turning things around, takes a lot of courage.

I'm sure that there are people in your life who'd love to help you - you just wont let them see what you're really feeling. Talk to someone you trust, and I'm sure there's someone, whether it be a friend, a family member, a colleague or even a health professional.

If you need to vent on a personal level, you can always add my Skype and we can talk there in confidence. Good luck with everything, just keep that attitude.

But I know I can get myself through this. I know. I know I can grow up and fix my mistakes.

Do not be afraid to reach out for help to people you know in real life. Some one you may not think can help could be your saving grace per say. Everyone makes mistakes in life no one is perfect but what you learn from those mistakes is what molds you into the person you will someday become. Keep your head up.

The first step is admitting there is some sort of problem, now you just need to take the necessary steps to get your life back on track. You are still young and have plenty of time to do so. Feel free to add my skype if you need someone to talk to.

Quit unnecessary things in your life and focus on what you think is the issue. I've had my downtime and i've took a small break of sythe just for that. It's good to focus on only certain things sometimes.

I, too, went through a rough time, and can relate to this. Started running some pretty big debts due to gambling - over RuneScape, no less - and it totally demolished my self-esteem.

I went through self-loathing and so forth, but couldn't stop. Now I'm on the road to recovery, and it looks like you do, too.

Whenever I feel like that I just rub one out and I feel better for a few hours. Or I think about the Jews. Just think of all the Jews that had a worse life than you in the Holocaust. It's bound to cheer you up. On another note, who gives a shit if you're fat?

everyone has bad times bro things eventually get better thats just life you will have low times and don't be so proud its ok to ask people for help if i was your friend and you asked me for some help i would be glad to help you get out of this mess
