just got banned on my main

i just got insta 13 day ban for playing on powerbot client. i have never botted for more than 1 hour. havent botted in the past 3 years i log into the account today and 13 day ban fuck jagex no gold membership for them this year this is such bullshit. how do i get rid of the file that jagex puts on my computer to flag my ip/computer:embar:

 

Change your ip, simple. Also, jagex can detect what client you are using, so beware

The file that I edited on my computer was making the random.dat file 'read only' under it's properties. This allows you to multilog and probably helps with other detection systems.

 

Not exactly true, only if the bot is not coded well can they do that. Most major bots are fine to use.

Yeah, it happens, they are doing their job, you bot, you get banned.
I'm sorry for that though, I believe the next ban you get will be a perm, so I wouldn't bot on that account anymore unless you want to risk losing it!

Delete file called random.dat and folder called "Jagex Cahce" (sometimes it has a number on end too like "Jagex Cahce 1")

Deleting them won't really do much though for your main, but it'll (maybe) help them not be able to link new accounts made to your main/botting (changing IP AND deleting files is best way to stop links though)

 

How do you do this?

 

(Windows 7)

Click on the start/windows button in the bottom left of your screen, where it says 'Search programs or files', type random.dat

The file should show up in the box above. RIGHT CLICK the file and click 'properties'

In the dialogue box that comes up, check "Read only" and hit apply/ok. This allows you to multilog in the same world at any time, and probably helps prevent various botting/RWT Jagex tracking methods.

 

it says if i do this offence again i will be banned for 21 days. my ip randomly changes idk why but it does.

 

It doesn't matter because you are using the same provider/location.
