Upper Staff made poor decisions on how to handle Moderator applications. No ability to see the reasoning behind these decisions or any examples of their "Feedback" will only lead the community into thinking they reverted back to the original thought process when it comes to the promotion process. How do you expect anyone to attempt to better themselves to re-apply without gaining any form of feedback or anything of the sort from when you blind the applicant from it? What would additionally make someone want to look forward to applying again when you guys can't even put in the simplest effort to giving them the time of day? This was a very black and white system put together than you all failed to execute correctly. Thanks.
