Just bought a account, cant log in, help!

I recently got this account off a sythe trade, i can log onto any of the toons exept this one:

Any clues?

Check if he/she is doing a name/race/server/faction change, and cancel it if he/she is.

Already checked them all, some old ones (from september) but nothing new.

 

Did you make sure you cancelled it? I forgot to do it for my account. =/

It said the same message you're getting.

 

Nothing to cancel. Just some old ones that have already been completed.

 

As with what Nonamekiller is saying, that's the first thing I thought.

You'll have to log onto your account using the official website and/or Battle.net. Blackrock (PvP) - US is a Full Server, meaning that you can transfer the character to any server you'd like with Blizzard's Services.

Are you certain that you did not try to transfer the character because of this? If you had not, you'd be best to look into it.

Ok, since you bought the account, I just read this happened to someone because blizzard suspected their account was accessed by a 3rd party.

 

Ok, there might be a problem with one of the old transactions that have been made regarding the character/account

Contact Account&Billing support, no one else can help.

Also try to contact the guy that sold you the account.

 

Cant contact the guy i bought it from, and i have a GM ticket in atm. Pretty much the only reason im not calling scam is because there a nice hunter and all i traded off was a useless rs account.

EDIT: Also, yes, im 120% positive there are no active anythings, checked 2-3 times now.

 

Yea I'm pretty sure it is one of the old transactions they are investigating.

The priest had a name/race/server/faction change before, correct?

 

I think my previous post was ignored. . .

The fact that the Priest is on a full server means that it can be transferred to any server. Also, you may not be able to log on at times because the server is full. This may also present the message above, but I tend to doubt it.

My suggestion to you would to think of a server to transfer the Priest to that you would like to play on, or has friends on. (Preferrably one with a medium-high population as well)

 

Well explain how he can log on the other toons? -.-

 

Found out what it was. A GM told me that the toon had been server moved 2 months ago, but the credit card used to do it claimed it was a fraudulent charge. Scammed yet again on sythe.org.

 

Yea, I was pretty sure that was the case. It happened to my friend.

 

if the account its good, pay for that its 25$ ?

 

Sorry for the unfortunate news! IF you think that the character is worth playing and actually good, I would pay the $25, if not, simply just use that hunter wince CATA is coming soon anyways, gear wont matter too much.
