Just banned another 5 auth codes

This is the 2nd time in a week I have been banned with these auth codes.

They reissued all of them though.

They are saying my bots are being used by 2 I.P.'s at once...

Both I.P.'s are extremely close to each other.

I think its about time to go make ana account on rsbots and get this straightened out.

I figured out from logging into rs earlier yesterday that my i.p. changes randomly every 2 or 3 weeks and it happen to have changed while my bots were going.

You have a dynamic IP address? I don't see how it could change while you computer/router is still in use.

Yes, verizon DSL is dynamic and changes at will.

Send a ticket to customer support. Get them to monitor your ip and make a log of your computers ip addresses each day

Dude, the same exact thing happened to me. all my bots from rsbots and rsbotting were reissued for 2 IPs on at the same time in the same state.

Perf from rsbotting said there were key generators that work for that client but that the keys will just be changed a day after the key is used on 2 IPs. I would think this would be what is happening, but I'm not really sure since the other IP that was logged on was from around your/my area.

Anyway, there's most likely something wrong with the client, not someone keylogging your computer**.

What kind of connection do you have, ADSL, wireless? I know for sure that, if you reset your wireless network it will become a different IP when it reconnects.

No your I.P. internally becomes different but your I.P. does not change on the internet because of wireless going down.
