On topic, you see many people buying 99 theiving/runecrafting/fishing/mining accounts. Only one stat per account of course. They use them for bot farms, see them go for 50m+ usually.

@OP - id advise you make some skillers with 99 fishing mining smithing and fletching they go for high prices, but also you should look into actually doing services for people that could actually help you out a lot.
